With sea turtle populations dropping each year, a group of marine biologists teamed up with expert engineers to develop a new propulsion system for mother sea turtles to defend their young from such predators. After several months of prototypes, today the first sea turtle will be able to test this new invention.

Using boosters, charge up speed, drift, and fly around the sands as you crash into hungry predators attempting to steal from your nest. Speed is POWER, and the bigger the threat the faster you must go to knock it down.

My entry to the 2025 Big Mode Game Jam. 

As a solo developer, I quickly realized this game was beyond the scope of what I could finish in time for the deadline. I was unable to add sounds in time such as impact SFX and much needed thruster SFX,  as last-minute game-breaking bugs thwarted attempts to conclude the project. I'm uploading the project as is, but hopefully, I can fix up this game and expand upon it into something more complete (perhaps a proper finale and boss battle or a race track?)
